As our materials are a product of nature, there are times when their quality may be affected by circumstances out of our control. In this case, our florists will use their discretion, and may substitute some of the flowers shown in our arrangements. We do this to maintain the highest quality and uphold the standards of Wildblooms.
Our florists take great care to make sure your arrangements are delivered safely and on time. When placing your order, please make sure all delivery and recipient contact details are correct, including any special instructions ie. Security gate, apartment number.
In the event no one is home to take delivery of your flowers, we will leave them in a suitable place if we feel it is safe to do so. If not, they will be returned to us until further arrangements for re-delivery can be made. This will incur further delivery charges. Same day re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Once items have been delivered, Wildblooms will not accept liability for any items that may be lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
For all same-day deliveries Monday to Friday, we must receive your orders before 11am. For weekend deliveries, orders must be placed before 11am Friday.
